Currently packing up to move to a better complex after a year of living here. It looks great from the outside but it's all show and no substance. Maintenance is poor, some of the staff know what they're doing and some don't so it's a toss up when you need something done as to whether or not it will get fixed. Pool and parking policies are loosely applied at best. At worst nothing is done, and people park in the street and even on the stairs leading to some of the apartments. The laundry room looks like something from a slasher film, makes me scared to go in there alone. Speed bumps are a joke, people fly through the complex and around blind curves, our neighbors car got hit while the car was parked in a legal space. They also appear not to care how many people are actually living in the apartment.
Life here is a real dissapointment compared with what they showed us when we looked at the place.

They're now trying to give free rent, but for everyone who's been here rent is going up. The office staff is fake-nice as long as you don't have a problem. If you have a problem then be prepared to deal with them at their meanest.
