DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!This place looks beautiful from the outside, but once your here I guarentee you WILL regret the move. Anyone that says different obviously has not encountered the problems my family & I have(and all my neighbors) OR THEY WORK HERE. These people here take very good care of the outside of the apartment I think to lure in unsuspecting victims. This is THE WORST place ever. We moved here in 2005 and if we had the money to move before then, we would have been gone 3 months after we moved in. We are finally moving now, and I can't wait to get the hell out of here. Mainly our problems consisted of: privacy-they do not give any notice before entering your apartment. If we had any maintence requests out, they say that gives them automatic consent to enter. So I argued that point after I was getting ready to take a shower early afternoon one day & I was starting the water (obiously did not hear the knock) and I turn around to see my door open(my apartment is set up where you open the door and see straight back into my bathroom in the back of my apartment, no hiding)I WAS NAKED!!!So I called the office (where they only seem to hire snobby -------)to complain & she said that I could say "I do not give consent to enter, call me first before anyone comes out to my apartment". So I did just that. I asked her to change all my pending maintence requests so that wouldn't happen again. Well I'll be damned if that didn't happen 7 or 8 more times. One of those times the EXACT same thing happened. In Ohio there is a revised code that states they HAVE to give 24 hours notice before entering, which they chose to ignore. (You will have lots of work orders out if you move here, everything in my unit & my neighbors is falling apart & their maintence workers do EVERYTHING half-assed). Another two times I woke up to find my door had been unlocked and nothing fixed (THEY BROKE MY CHAIN LOCK TO ENTER), which left me confused, I didn't get any phone call first & whoever unlocked my door didn't wake me up & didn't fix anything. So when I complained, each of those times I was told they didn't send anyone out to unit. I think thats a crock, because nobody else has a key(that I know of). Although before this happened I found all of the keys to every unit in my building laying on the floor in the hallway...in plain sight!! When I called the office & told the manager, she never came out to get them. I took them up there an hour & a half later. All those keys have address labels on them, so it wouldn't be hard to figure out which one goes where. Later I told my neighbor about this and she said they left all the keys in her unit once too. It was days before they came and got those. So that means they allowed my key to be in someone elses hands and did not care. That is a lack of me & my family's safety. They all are very unproffesional. Complaining to the manager is pointless, she's just as bad. Anyway back to my door being unlocked and nothing fixed. I asked that my locks be changed, reminding her of the keys left in the hallway, and I argued for days that we sould not have to pay the $25.00 fee. Considering they have to provide safety, by law. Finally they did. Until they did I installed a latch lock. Talk about living in fear(I have a 5 year old son that I stay at home with while my husband goes to work). And there has been 2 people murdered here(so Ive heard from the news). They tried to keep very quiet about this, instead of warning us or giving us a heads up. Also, this place is unsanitary. MOLD ASBESTOS LEAD PAINT YOU NAME IT, IF ITS HAZERDOUS ITS HERE. The so called maintence crew came in to fix our toilet, and pulled it at 10:30am and left for lunch leaving me and my son with NO toilet until 4:30pm. And on top of that made the most discusting mess, didn't even try to do it kinda clean. Splashing toilet water everywhere, I wasn't warned of what he would be doing that day, so I didnt clear out my stuff from the bathroom. Everything needed to be discarded. Then he leaned my old toilet up against my towels hanging on my towel rack!!!No respect whatsoever. How hard could it be to ask me to move my stuff out, that he might make a mess' After I noticed it was too late. When he left for "lunch & obviouly dinner"I noticed the flange for my toilet(the hole in the floor when the toilet is pulled)was uncovered. Anytime that happens they need to cover or plug it or EXPLOSIVE SEWER GASSES leak out. So in the middle of november my son & I had to have all the windows open until they came back from lunch. That was 6 hours!! Again I complained, and they acted like I was a hassel. It wasn't that important to them just like everything else (except rent day, a scratch on any vehicles[another story]and the upkeep of the outside). And by the way the guy didn't use any gloves OR wash his hands after he did that to my bathroom, then proceeded to walk through my apartment touching things(my fish aquarium, door knobs, ect.). When I asked how much longer it would be around noon, telling her my son needed to use the restroom, she said "there are restrooms in the clubhouse".Considering we are only allowed to have 1 of the 2 vehicles we have here, I didnt have a car cuz my husband had it, she suggested I walk. IN NOVEMBER...with a sick child!!! And by the way, our other vehicle is an older model truck-the reason it cant be parked here-unsuitable. IT LOOKS BETTER THAN THE FU**ING VEHICLE THEY ALLOW THE ONE MAINTENCE GUY TO DRIVE AROUND THIS DUMP! I dont know how long they let him drive around with a broken window this year but it deffinately was alot longer than 24-48 hours. I didnt see them trying to tow it away. 24-48 hours was the amount of time we had to remove our truck or it would be towed. I can understand they dont want it looking like a junk yard, but damn. Its only old, no rust-nothing.And, I had the same holes in my ceiling (7 places) since october where the fixed a leak in the ceiling by cutting it out, and replacing the pipes and then left it like that. No patches, drywall, nothing....for MONTHS!! THERE IS ASBESTOS IN OUR CEILINGS. We were told at move in if there is any damages to the ceilings it needs to be fixed right away, I guess thats only if we do the damage so they can charge us. I guess since they did it were ok. When I brought this up I was told the asbestos has been checked, and IT DISAPPEARED! Id like to see that in progress. IT HAS TO BE ROMOVED WITH PEOPLE WEARING SPACE SUITS!!! They must be bored, running out of things to do. Also I agree with the other statements Ive read on here(the negative ones)the garbage overflows & youd think that would be important to them since they are so concered about the outside. Another problem is when we first moved in here, we got DirectTV, we live in the back unit facing the trees, not great service with the dish on the porch. So I called to get permision to put it in the ground 1 ft away from the building. It was fine Ann said, so we did it. Well 1 and a half years later we get a violation notice about this. Well to make a long story short they almost cost us about $250.00 by Ann not fessing up to giving me the approval (she made a mistake by not making us sign a paper for this at the time so I guess she just thought it easier to call me a liar then to admit she messed up).We are not bad tenants, not loud, on time, ect. This was a mistake she made and couldve screwed alot up around here cuz shes to good to own up to it. Thats --------. We also have bugs taking over. Ive seen the exterminater once (and he unlawfully entered). The ant problem we have needs to be treated weekly he said. Where did he go' Not here. Ive called about this, no reply back(since now shes not taking any of my calls-I must be a hassel. So for now, until we move, we have other residents lurking around, eating, and MULTIPLYING! Some of the other reviews I ve read that says this is a good place that we dont follow the rules or didnt read the lease F*CK YOU.I read every damn thing in that lease, I even noticed the illegal clauses they have in it.At the time I didnt realize they were illegal until I learned my ----. Trust me Ive studied this & my rights, now I dare them to try to pull one over on me. One ex of illegal clause "they can enter our apartment with or without notice" NOPE YOU CANT thats ILEEGAL. Only in a emergency, and even then the law still stands. So if I havent convinced you not to move here then you should get a job here, you would fit in nicely with them. LOL. This place I think needs shut down, or inspected, something. There is TONS more I could tell you about but this is alot already. If your reading this & you live here, I suggest if your having any problems, to find out your Renters Rights. Either online, or the library has a great book called Renters Rights. Don't let them continue to do this. Trust me, if you read this book, it will "PAY" off. There is laws in Ohio that protect us, enforce them, and good luck!!(By the way some reviews said the people here are trash, not all honey, I am not, and neither is my neighbors. We are victims here and got stuck for way too long. Im sure some here are trash, but not everyone!!Im just a pissed of tenant, well soon to be FORMER tenant)!!!

Wow I think this was someone in my building. I ran into this crazy women a few times in the building. Thank God she moved. I moved in July of 1998 and this is by far the most insane person I have ever met I swear her husband used to lock her crazy ass in the apartment when he left for work!
