Unfortunately a few months ago I had to move out of state for work. I had been living at Fairfield Pointe for 2 years and loved it. Yes there were a few problems now and then but it is a big complex and you have to expect that. Maintenance and managers were both good. I wish I could go back!

Until 5 months ago, I would have agreed, but in the last 6 months there is something you don't want to come back to- Roaches and the apathy the management staff has had towards the problems. It isn't just one building- several in the complex are experiencing the problem! When you have to wait 4 weeks to get an exterminator to come to address the problem, and numerous apartments are affected because of it, you have to wonder if you really want to be here. Trust me, I would move if I could afford to do so.
