I lived at Fairfield Pointe for 3 years. It was a nice place to live. Sure there was problems once in a while, but things were finished promptly. With a small maintenance staff things must get done by priority. Some things can wait, and a lot of people forget that. If your sink has a small drip and your neighbors toilet is overflowing obviously they are going to fix the toilet first. Some of these residents think just since they live here they can snap their fingers and have everything done for them. The apartments are a great size, and cheaper than other similar properties. I had to move out of state and I pay $350 more a month for 1 less bedroom. If you want to be in Fairfield then Fairfield Pointe is a nice option.

I lived there for 2 1/2 years and had nothing but problems out of them, The people above me shot a bullet through my living room ceiling, and the next set of people that moved in had such a bad leak in their bathroom that they had to move them to a different apartment and the leak came through into my bathroom ceiling and it was never fixed, there was mold and everything where the ceiling had cracked and they never fixed it and it made me, my husband and two children sick so we moved out and would never recommend them to anyone.
