Finally! Somwhere I can vent about my horrors with Pinnacle. Although there are VERY few nice things to say, I will start out with those. Rent is very cheap. Never had a problem with Crime. Deposit was very low. There, now that the nicecites are out of the way, let me start. 1. they do NOT fix anything. They believe in the bandaid policy. My refridgerator was so bad and so old and so broken that my milk went bad over night. I called and called and called and they sent guys out to "fix"it and all they did was adjust the temperature! I had to practically browbeat them into getting me a new one. Finally, about 2 months later, they did. Secondly, the tiles starting falling out in my tub, finally they got someone out, and all they did was slap up some of that vinal bathroom "cover" stuf.. you know the plasticky wall thing with the built in soap dish. It looks HORRIBLE. It doesn't match the rest of the bathroom, and there was mold growing behind the tiles. Did they fix that'' NO! Next on the list, the window-unit air conditioner (which is about 20 years old, atleast) leaks down the wall, there is mold growing on the wall, and how did they fix that' They took the tiles from my bathroom wall (the ones that fell out) and stacked them underneath the air. It's very ugly, unsightly, and it doesn't work. Still leaks. The windows are drafty. The cabinets are disintigrating. There are spiders galore in the winter time. They charge you 1.25 to wash and 1.25 to dry your clothes, in a tiny little washer. They do not keep the place shoveled in the wintertime, I've fallen numerous times. The air in the apartment above mine leaked and the celing is ringed from the water damge, and there is mold growing there. What's their solution'' To PAINT it. Oh and they raised the rent, even though they dont' want to fix anything. It's bad ya'll. I think I will post some pictures on here eventually, when I get them together.
