My husband, daughter, and I moved here to The Oaks on May 28, 2005 and have never regretted it. My husband and I have moved quite a bit since 1981 and never once felt like we're home like we do here! The Oaks is a beautiful, quiet, clean, and best of all the friendliest community any where, least around Cincinnati and trust me that's saying a lot.

The management here are friendly and courteous and never make you feel like you are bothering them with even simple problems like a blown light. They even provide nice breakfast type snacks each and every morning at the beautiful club house.

Maintenance has been world class and trust me that's a heaven send in and of itself. I've had terrible service with maintenance at other complexes but here at The Oaks they're fast, courteous, and don't treat you like you are some idiot. One of the maintenance men, Chris, is worth his weight in gold, I hope this complex never loses his services or humor.

If we would change anything it would be to include benches in the park like areas, a playground or area for young children, an area for teens to sit and work on drawings or simply to hang out. More landscaping, even though there's quite a bit now, more never hurts. :)

I recommend this complex to all my friends, although the high rent prevents many from actually moving in. I also feel that the rent being as it is, is also why it is so nice and clean here since the residents take more pride and care as a result.

It's now been just over a year since I've posted this and just wanted to let folks know everything in it still holds true:) We do still wish there were benches around the park like areas though. The management has also resurfaced the entire parking area which just adds to the appeal to this complex. Looking forward to many more years here! Rainbow Hugs Starshyne
