I moved here from Fairfield Pointe in March 2006 and it has been a nice change. Much quieter and no bad smells in the hallways. It's nice to have central heat and air plus each unit has there own water heater. I almost forgot to mention the washer/dryer hook ups. The leasing people have been nice and the apartment was in pretty good condition when I moved in. I only had a drippy faucet and 2 screens with larger than normal holes in them. Both were fixed promptly. It's hard to believe that the people in Cobblestone Grove next door are having such problems. I can't believe they don't have gutters on the buildings. I'm sure that's the least of there problems. If you can afford to pay a little more, DO IT, you will live in a nicer property. My rent only went up $14 per month when I came here from Fairfield Pointe. The only down side to this property is the lack of parking unless you have a carport or garage.
