I lived there for a year and had to move out b/c of my roommate. I'm now going back for another year b/c I liked it so much. Maintence is wonderful here. I complained about boards on my balcony being cracked and boed and they replaced the entire balcony! I thought they'd just replace the bad boards! The office staff is nice and helpful, worked with us to get the price we needed.
