I have had a pretty good year experience at the oaks.

-Office Staff is very friendly and welling to help out. Sometimes the do get a little busy and forget to call. Put Very patient.

-I have had alright neighbors until recently. My new neighbors like to party every day that ends in "y". The worst party people are the ones behind my building. They seem to be the loudest.

- Maintenance people are nice. But can be slow. My air went out and was not fixed for a week. They seem to be on the ball when if comes to other things.

-Hall ways are cleaned it seems every other week. Walls are wiped down, etc.

-Parking is somewhat of a nightmare; especially on a Friday night; if you come home after midnight. Forget about a parking space up front. You re going to be parking in the boonies.

-Exercising room could use a little more and nicer equipment.
