These apartments seem very nice, but roofs were damaged in the big windstorm (September '08) and there are still sections that have not been completely repaired (no shingles). Also, the clubhouse burned down last year (November '08) and the ugly burnt building is still sitting there with no construction started at all. Are there any current or former residents that know what's going on' Thanks!

There have been people showing up working on the remains this week, looks like they moved a lot of rubble out into dumpsters. Not sure if this means they'll be constructing soon though.
