Great Apartment/A Jerk for a Manager

Timber Hollow has great apartments in a good area. They frequently improved the apartments and grounds. I enjoyed having a washer/dryer and carport options.
However the Manager could be offensive and unhelpful at times. My apartment flooded after maintenance installed a water heater improperly in the apartment above mine. My apartment was ruined. Even though Timber Hollow was at fault the Manager denied responsibility and didn't go out of his way to assist me. He was a total jerk.
Other residents had complaints about him too.
Use caution when considering this apartment complex.
