You can expect to have your rent raised as much as $100.00 when your lease expires! The new mangagers will inspect your apartment to see if you are "worthy" of staying for another year. Ha!I am considering it a blessing to be able to move away from this place. It is hard to believe that our once carefree complex has been taken over by such a bunch of clowns!The head clown regularly stands at the corner by the rental office.Avoid this Circus.

My apartment was inspected just Friday and I was told it was so they can take inventory of the apartments thay have yet to see. I believe this is true because they saw I did not have a ceiling fan and that I am missing a set of blinds. This morning (monday) I got new blinds and I will get a ceiling fan on Sept. 5th. By the way my increase after 2 years of rental was only $30. Last year with the old group my increase was $65.
