I've lived in this complex for two years now. The apartment itself is nice, I have no complaints. The old management was terrific and friendly. The new company is leaving something to be desired however. I received a rent increase which wasn't nearly as bad as I expected. The people working the rental office are very defensive. If you call in with a maintenance request, expect it to magically disappear. I end up walking down to the rental office whenever I have a request and it usually gets done.

The grounds have gone south. While too many people do not clean up after their pets (don't walk on the grass in other words), the management should be enforcing their pet policy. The grass is BROWN. I understand a heat wave but it's been like that all summer.
