I have to say that I have never been a fan of Conner Group. I have lived here for several years and was not happy when I heard they bought the property. I have complained for several months about the buildings and laundry rooms being filthy and the trash around the parking lot. After several months I gave up and realized nothing was going to change. When I stopped at the office to pay my rent this month I noticed several new faces in the office. I spoke to one of the girls about the hallways again. She went directly to the manager (who I believe is new) and the manager promised that she would get this taken care of. I have to say I was very doubtful that anything would happen. Then I was proven WRONG!!! I used the laundry room yesterday and it was spotless. The hallways have never looked (or smelled) better. I also received a flyer about improvements they were going to be doing in the spring to the jacuzzi area. All I can say is things are looking up.

Be careful about believing the good responses on this site. I was friends with a maintenance guy there and he said that the salesgirls would post a good review after a bad review was posted.

They tell you what you want to hear at the time. Just give it some time. New faces mean good promises for a little while.

i live in building one and thought everything was awesome at the beginning until i had problems and they were not properly addressed by the manager. the lead manager here is really terrible and is rude and always negative.. (a little stuck up too)
