Horrible owners/managers

The Conner Group bought Timber Hollow in 2006, and immediately there were changes. While the maintenance staff is nice, and has always fixed my problems, the girls who work in the office are rude and care nothing about resident happiness. They pressure you into signing a new lease 90 days before your lease ends; if you want to go month-to-month it is an additional $150.
My rent was raised approximately $50, and they stopped paying for water.
Some of the new tenants under the Conner Group are definitely questionable, including armed men shooting dice in the parking lot. (You can call the Fairfield Police Department and ask about how much more frequent their runs are to the complex.) It looks as though they are letting Section 8 housing, but I don't know if that is the case.
Finally, the signage and shrubbery blocks your view when pulling into and out of driveways. I can't count the amount of wrecks I have narrowly missed pulling in or out of.
Don't rent here, or from any property owned by Conner Group (such as Wildwood).
