My husband and I lived at Timber Hollow for two years. The first year was great, then the new managers took over and the place went to crap quickly. The new staff is never available; they are rude and very unhelpful.
Prior to moving out we received their checklist of things to complete before leaving. The list included the prices they would charge us for things like missing light bulbs. The ridiculous thing is that we bought the light bulbs and they wanted to charge us two dollars a piece for missing ones.
They charged us a ridiculous amount of money for damage to the windows and doors from dogs only we never had dogs. I asked if I could come and see the damage they were referring to since I knew they looked the same when we moved out as they did when we moved in but they said the chew marks were so bad they had to replace the windows. So basically we were screwed out of two hundred dollars.
The grounds keeping is occasional at best. When they do come to mow the lawn, and I do mean when-if ever, the crew dumps the grass clippings and leaves in the stream that runs through the property. This is illegal and a flood hazard to everyone in the area. I brought this to their attention but they said they would handle it but the crew kept on doing it.
The property looks nice at first but if you could see how far down hill they went in just the first six months they ran the complex you would be amazed. Don t move to Timber Hollow.

My boyfriend and I applied and thankfully got denied the opportunity to live at Timber Hollow. I agree the girls working in the office renting the apartments to innocent people are VERY rude. Actually, they never mailed me the papers telling me why we were not approved. Three weeks went by and after THREE attempts, I finally received the papers and on top of that when I called to ask for the papers that were mine, they hung up on me! NO JOKE! Everything happens for a reason and the only suggesting I'll do for Timber Hollow is to suggest to NOT move in!!!
