I have lived here for almost 17 years. The Camco Group was in charge then and --- --------- was the property manager. He took excellent care of this place. The landscaping was done twice a year and I never saw trash on the property as much as I do now. That's because the property was policed up and trash removed every morning by the most awesome maintanence staff you could ever meet. -----, ----- and a couple of other FRIENDLY guys who we sorely miss. Yeah as soon as they could, the Conner ( Con Artist) Group raised my rent 43.00 dollars and now we have to pay water, sewage and trash. When I said something to the new staff, they said well you would have to pay all that stuff anyway, I said yes but that I would pay for what I actually use not your crappy inept idea of what the average is for whatever size apt. you live. That's bull. Also Timber Hollow Apts. has a third party to handle your utility bill which costs you or me 5.25 a month. The average Fairfield homeowner doesn't have to pay that. So my question is to Conner Group is '' Where's the money goin'" That you are saving now from not having to pay water etc.' This property has gone downhill fast and in a handbasket. This place was beautiful every spring, summer and fall. They had guys come out here twice a year to dig a trench around shrubs and trees, fertilize and mulch. I haven't even mentioned how they let just anybody move in. We have -------- all over the place and some 6-8 in an apt. Not to mention their playing the ------- national anthem at all hours of the night and early morning. Oh well, you decide.

Camco is GREAT? Camco is out of business! Camco got bought out by Village Green and is no longer in existance. They must have really known how to run an apartment community! Timber Hollow has a waiting list, and has for over five months.... You are the minority. A $43 increase? Go buy a house and see how much you spend on upkeep...

A waiting list? LOL!! Yeah I see what attracts people to Timber Hollow. It's the guy dressed up as a cow, bird, penguin out on Gilmore advertising. Keep the " Pirate" as that best describes Timber Hollow. And IF there were a waiting list, maybe that's because of the great move-in deals, I call under-hand deals. because the new people get deals where their rent is $I00.00 less than the what the established renter pays for the same apt plan. Is that fair?? And that is keeping up with what the market is ?? Timber Hollow can afford to give such deals to new renters at the old renters expense, when you renew a lease here they raise the rent $50.00. That is unheard of. Call around as I have. I am out of here when my lease is up and you can be certain that I will never recommend this place to anyone. Thank-you for your opinion. you must be one of those ditzy staffers.
