We have lived here a little over 6 mos. We pay $699 plus $40 in pet rent for a 2 bed 2 bath. When we first moved in they were completely incompetent when it came to figuring out paperwork and giving us correct information. The girl who had originally shown us the apt. was no longer working for them and had given us lots of incorrect information. They did end up waving a couple of fees for us. We like living here for the most part, if you never had to deal with the management it would be great. And a lot of the time they aren't bad to work with.

We discovered our dishwasher was a fire hazard and reported it to them. About 6wks later they finally replaced it with a new one after I had to talk to them twice about it. Also, a couple of mos ago our water heater broke and leaked all over the place. We had maintenance come out that night and he did fix it the next day but it was three days later that they brought a large blower to dry out our carpet. Try living with a 6 mos old who can't sleep in his own room at night...

On the upside it is a fairly nice apartment. We looked at a lot and it was the nicest in our price range. I'm very worried about when we move out because our cats have caused some damage to the carpet. If the mgmt was different I would live here longer, however I do not at all like the blonde manager who is in charge. She is unfriendly and rude and doesn't listen to complaints like they matter. It is nice that it is close to jungle jims. We walk there a lot.
