We have lived here a little over 6 mos. We pay $699 plus $40 in pet rent for a 2 bed 2 bath. When we first moved in they were completely incompetent when it came to figuring out paperwork and giving us correct information. The girl who had originally shown us the apt. was no longer working for them and had given us lots of incorrect information. They did end up waving a couple of fees for us. We like living here for the most part, if you never had to deal with the management it would be great. And a lot of the time they aren't bad to work with.

We discovered our dishwasher was a fire hazard and reported it to them. About 6wks later they finally replaced it with a new one after I had to talk to them twice about it. Also, a couple of mos ago our water heater broke and leaked all over the place. We had maintenance come out that night and he did fix it the next day but it was three days later that they brought a large blower to dry out our carpet. Try living with a 6 mos old who can't sleep in his own room at night...

On the upside it is a fairly nice apartment. We looked at a lot and it was the nicest in our price range. I'm very worried about when we move out because our cats have caused some damage to the carpet. If the mgmt was different I would live here longer, however I do not at all like the blon

I have lived here for about a year and a half.I have loved it and find the place to be nice.I looked for a while in the Fairfield area this was the nicest. I have always felt at home here so maybe it is just you. As far as the girls in the office they have always been so freiendly and nice. Maybe it is just YOU!! It sounds like you do not know what you think.

I agree with you...the dimwits in the office are horrible. When we had problems with our upstairs neighbors, we were forced to pay $200 in order to move to another within the complex. The girl in the office was too busy to show us anything when we arrived on time for our appointment. So she gave us keys to a few apartments so we could check them out on our own. The first had just been cleaned and sprayed for bugs so there were dead insects all over the place...disgusting. The second we look at was the worse. It hadn't been cleaned at all. The previous tenants had left some meat in their freezer when they left and you know how the power company turns off the electric when you've moved out. The meat was black, rotting, and covered with maggots inside the freezer...the smell was horrible. The dimwit at the office had no idea the state of the apartments before we went in. They never know what is going on up there, it's a wonder they can even run the apartment in the first place, let alone run it well
