I have notice that some of the recent renters since The Connor Group took over are not use to living in nicer neighborhoods, the way people throw trash on the ground around the dumpster instead of in the dumpster(when it's not full), putting beer cans on the grass, throwing junk mail on the hall floor. They should do better screening on people, I know they need to fill the empty apartments, but just letting anybody in that don't care will bring the property down fast. I know in the summer I constantly would see balcony's with towels, clothes hanging over them and that makes the property look bad. I think that maintenance needs to do more in keeping the hall carpets cleaned and smelling fresh, I wish the hallways would smell fresher all the time. I think that the Connor Group should consider updating kitchens, bath. I haven't had any problems with the staff at all, they have been very nice to me.

As a renter at a Connor Group property, I know that there screening/approval system for applicants is the toughest I have seen. I remember having to supply them tons of information including pay, rental history, credit, and criminal. I disagree with your notion.

Actually, they only screen people for their "Special Deals". If you don't qualify, you just have to pay more... Which is fine I guess if you have 8 people living in your apartment like half of my latino and middle eastern neighbors!
