I am so sick of calling the office and no one ever picks up. Timber Hollow is going downhill since the new managment company took over. This used to be a nice place to live. Now it really sucks in every way.

there are several phone lines now where before there was only one line to answer. Also, there is voicemail you could leave a message and I am sure your call would be returned as soon as possible. Also, part of the job is to meet with residents to talk about lease options in person and also to show apartments so obviously that means a majority of the time we are out of the office with residents. I have found in my years of experience in customer service that you always give the person or persons you are helping your undivided attention and that means that you may not be able to answer all 4 phone lines at that time but we always return phone calls with in a timely matter.

I used to live in this dump and whenever I called and left messages they NEVER returned my calls. My best bet was to keep calling until someone was actually there to pick up. I had to live for months before management would do anything about the abused dog locked in a bathroom 12 hours a day in the apartment above me. The howls were the most annoying thing I've ever had to listen to. Do you want to know how they solved the problem? We had to pay $200 to move into a different apartment in the complex. I was pregnant and had a two year old girl so my husband had to move our entire apartment by himself. You couldn't pay me to live in Timber Hollow again. Quite easily, this is the WORST apartment complex I've ever lived in.
