I've lived at Timber Hollow for years. After Conner Group took over the overall quality of the maintenance has plummeted. The grounds are dirty with trash blowing all over the place. I've had 10 newspapers rotting in the grass near my front door, it took maintenance 3 weeks to remove them. (They were from a previous tenant who did not cancel their subscription.)

I had a tenant who parked a motorcycle in the lobby that was leaking gas and oil, it took management weeks to address the issue. It then took them anonther3 months to clean the carpets. I had to call them every month to complain.

Do yourself a favor, find somewhere else to live.

I agree...the Conner Group is the worst. You will hear the same complaints from residents of the other complexes that they manage. Their customer service is appalling. They don't care about their residents or the grounds. If you're looking for apartments...please steer clear of this one
