I have lived here for two years now and my personal property has been vandalized more than once. I think management is fine but it is the quality of people that live over here that tear this place up. There is always some kind of trash in front of my building and it seems like the majority of the people here just don't care or take pride in where they live. There's plenty of parking but that doesn't mean something won't happen to your vehicle. Because I live on a tight budget I chose to stay here but rest assured i will not sign another lease here and i would not recommend it to any friend of mine. I'd rather spend more money and live in a place that i can relax and not have to worry about what can happen next. They try to entice you by putting up signs of being voted #1 but the weird thing is, i never got to take part in that vote. Anyone that writes great reviews about this place are either part of the office staff or part of the problem.

I agree with your whole post but loved the part about voting this place #1. I saw all those signs rating this place #1 and had to wonder who the misguided souls were. Ive lived here 6 months and have had many, many problems. I would not recommend this apartment complex either.

I have lived at Timber for six years, well before The Connor Group bought it. The prior owner/operator NEVER spent money on the property. The Connor Group has redone the entire exterior, tennis courts, volleyball, and repaved the whole place! Forget the prior owner, they went out of business!! The Connor Group is awesome!

Are you hallucinating? I lived at Timber Hollow for 4 years under Camco and never had any problems with maintenance or neighbors, and the grounds were always immaculate and were professionally landscaped twice a year. Also, Camco rebuilt all of the 2nd floor decks while I was there. I lived on the 1st floor and when the deck above me was replaced, someone came and cleaned the sawdust from my patio. How many places do you know that would do that? Once Conner Group came in, the grounds were run down within 6 months; maintenance was a joke, but I feel their hands were tied; and so called "neighbors" were loud, obnoxious and the police were frequent visitors to the complex. Unfortunately, I had just signed my lease with Camco 2 months before Conner came in, so had to stay there until lease expired; but at least it was a Camco lease. Oh, and in the time I lived there with Camco, rent only increased $10 in 4 years because Camco rewarded their good tenants and wished to keep them. Also, I only paid for my own water, not everyone else in the building. If you rent here, do so at your own risk!
