I was so excited when I realized that they have a 24 hr fitness/tanning facility and sauna! my friends and I use it often and I met a guy there who only lives 3 buildings away from me, and he is sooo great! All the people I've met at timber hollow are very nice, and their office staff is very helpful! They even gave me a list of daycares in the area. Also, I called the office about a leaky faucet and Charlie and Adam were there within 5 minutes. Been here 6 weeks and love it!

Yeah? And I bet you got a good move in special too! Just wait when you go to renew your lease, Ha, you will PAY for that. Like $50.00 more a month. How else do you think they can afford to offer these "specials". We the residents pay for it!

You guys are just mad because one of the office people found a guy 3 doors down from her. Let her be excited about the 24 hour fitness sauna spa (fitness is dated, sauna is always off and inoperable, and spa is always drained and closed) also the tanning beds are never cleaned! So of course this must be one of the management staff because she will use those amenities with your hard earned money and spend it on luxury items like Honda Cr-vs

Amenities? What amentities? The "fitness center" is disgusting! They have limited equipment, free weights that don't match, and no weight bench to use the free weights on. And the pool? Ha! Keep an eye out for dirty diapers in the pool. They have a sand volleyball court with a small amount of sand. It's mostly weeds growing in the sand.
