Worse place ever! evil women at leasing office!

Definately the worse place i have ever lived. The evil women at the front office are nice as can be until you sign the lease then turn into straight evil nasty witches. They are rude and won't answer any calls or return calls for that matter. The clubhouse is always dirty there are never paper towels cleaning stuff for the tanning bed or fitness equipment and everything is always broken including the tanning bed. And the apartments make sure you inspect well bc everything is broken and everything will break. My toilet my hot water heater and my diashwasher have broken repeatedly and maintnance never actually fixes anything. My hot water heater actually caught on fire and they wouldnt replace it. Every apartment also has a great view of the dumpsters and you can hear them day and night. The grounds are always a mess they dont provide recepticles for picking up after your dogs and fine you if you dont have a bag in your hand at all times while walking your dog. They also break their own breed restrictions by letting certain people they know have rotweilers who is very aggressive and scares the hell out of me. I have lived many places and this has by far been the worse place i have ever lived and honestly the worse part is the evil leasing witches... oh and expect random inspections of your apartment at all times and if you have a good looking boyfriend expect a lot more inspections and ofr the leasing witches 2 be hitting on him. Screw this horrible place

Amen Sista!! This place sucks!! It used to be a great place to when Bob was here, he KNEW how to be a Property Manager and really cared about the appearance of the property. he would walk around the property and personally inspect for trash, pet droppings, any damaged property and dead landscapings. These things would be taken care of immediately!! They did the grounds twice a year! Not this half-butt crap they do
now 1x year. This place is in need of a major overhaul.. the hallways need painted, carpets need cleaning/replaced. They actually need to hire some that actually CLEANS the hallways and not show up at 4am with a broom and dust pan and scare me to death to the point where I had to call the cops because he was going in and out of apartments with a hoodie on at 4am!! Now who in the hell cleans at 4 am? Just my opinion.
This new management takes no real interest in this property. All they really care about is getting the apartments rented at special deals and then charging the lease renewals new special fees to cover their losses at new tenant deals. Such as PEST FEES!! I am not repsonsible for that! What if JOE SCMOE who is a filthy bum causes roaches to come into my apartment.. I mean c'mon. Also we are now being charged a common electric fee, which is the electric and lighting out in the hallways! Only the people who renew their leases are charged. What a nice lease renewal deal huh?? That's BS!! What's next? Maintenance fees, landscaping fees, property updating fees? The management salaries???? It's ridiculous. They say, well you would pay it if you owned your own home.. uh yeah, but I rent, it should be included in the rent. So where does the responsibility of the Proprty Owner lie?? All they seem interested in is collecting the rent money and release themselves of any any other costs that they can rid themselves of. Another thing that gets me is how they advertise this place as LUXURY Apartments!! LMAO!!!!!!
Yeah right! That's a BIG FAT LIE and an absurd scam!! Maybe 20 years ago, this place yeah was nice but they really need to update all the appliances as they are actually dirty filthy. The flooring needs to be replaced and they actually need someone who cleans the apartment when you move in. I had to pull out myself and clean behind the fridge and stove. Yuk!! There must have been 10 years of scum and crud aboding under all that. No one has ever really cleaned those apartments. But yeah,, they are LUXURIOUS!!!!!
Move right in if you want to be royally screwed at both ends. The Maintenance guys
( only 2 for the whole complex ) are nice but spread thin. So good luck if you get anything done in your apartment. The ducts need a good cleaning, I have black suit all over my furniture, blinds, drapes, windows, bedding, everywhere. I have called the office about this. they gave me a new furnace filter, of course a worthless cheap piece of crap, and think that is the answer. See anything that costs money.. forget it. The Connor Group is running this place into the ground! Also they own Wildwood and CobbleStone .
I have just learned that the residents from these other properties are allowed usage of
our amenities.. fitness room, pool, etc. that we pay for???? What is up with that??
Beware before you rent from Connor Group! They are SLUMLORDS!!!!!!

The place is just a complete scam and a dump! i moved the moment my lease was up! and now stay in a waaay nicer bigger place for waaay less! i went from a $79 water bill to a $2.47 water bill....$478 electric bill to $137 bill. $842 rent to $740 rent... geez! i hate that place! i pass by in my car and laugh!!!! and dnt look back!

Since they refuse to return calls once you move in, don't tell them who you are when you call. Leave a message just saying you are looking for rental info, leave only your first name and phone number. When they return your call (because they think another sucker is wanting to rent an apartment)you can tell them the real reason for your call. Just imagine if everyone did this, it would drive them nuts.
