where do i start..first the club house/theres not one.a junk wooden couch 2 broken chairs and small table is no club house..workout room is ok at best..tanning bed/before you tan in this thing get some strong cleaner and wipe this thing down/and you'd get a better tan sitting in front of a 100 watt light bulb.the ladies in the office are the freaking worst b**chs on the planet..Our apts door leading into the building was hanging on by 1 hinge for a month then the door just fell off and laid there for 2 days before they fixed it,the hallways are covered in spider webs and dust that i got a pole with a rag at the end of it and cleaned them down myself.Then read the fine print on your lease cause if your 1 day late paying rent they charge you $100 dollars.The grounds are crap,this spring they only put mulch down in front of the rental office and not the rest of the complex..And the aptsare so out dated with chiped cabinets,wood trim ect ect..and after looking around at other places this place is waaaaayy over priced...and in our building the hallway always smells like someones cooking a dog.This place has nothing to offer you for your money...the only good thing about this place is it is quiet,but i guess it should be i think everyones stoned around here.....DO NOT COME HERE/RUN FAST/ Plus i dont think its right for them to make that poor kid stand out on the corner in that stupid tigger costume waving cars in on them hot days sweating there poor butt off for 7 bucks an hour...winne the poo wouldnt like it either..

That's right!!!! Do not live here!! Management could care less about your safety. There are several lights out in buildings, outside buildings, carports, AND in one building there is a ceiling light fixture just hanging by 2 wires, I believe this is a fire code violation amongst several others. There is no real management here. Landscaping is zero. They do have a company that cuts grass and trim shrubbery and plant flowers to a minimal. The entire property hasn't been mulched 1 time this year, only the clubhouse.. how convenient. Helloooooo!!!! We are the ones paying the rent here!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also the rent is nvever the same across the board. If you pay x amont of dollars for the smaller 1 bedroom apartment, you can be certain that your neighbors are paying $100.00 more than you or $100.00 than you. I know this for a fact!! The halls are stinky, filthy and in need of painting. Knicks, dents, holes are everywhere from people moving in and out. The point is that management does not MANAGE and MAINTAIN the whole entire property as it should be. This once reputable, well kept, nice and yes once upon a time were LUXURY apartments are becoming GHETTO!!! Carports are damaged and stay that way. It's really a shame. Look Connor Group, this is Fairfield , people who live here expect higher quality of living. The renters here not only pay rent but also the water, trash, sewer, pest fee???, and common electric fee????. So where is the money going?? We certainly can't see it! The Connor Group are Slum Lords! Very inept and incompetent propery owners. Money Grubbers!!!
