The actual apartment buildings are nice for the area, but the new management company, The Connor Group, clearly has no plans for keeping it that way.
The leasing staff are nice at first. but as soon as you sign the lease, they want absolutely nothing to do with you! They rarely answer the phone, and never seem to be in the office during their scheduled hours, and they will frequently blow you off when you have a problem or issue.
The "Amenities" are little more than a dilapidated exercise room, disgustingly maintained tanning bed, and a small L shaped pool, that is when it is not closed for maintenance or chemical problems.
The maintenance is a joke at best and criminally negligible at worst. Someone ripped the door off of our building and it was reattached (unsuccessfully) with glue, a hodge-podge of mismatched screws, and the same bent hinges. All the appliances, water heaters, and AC units seem to be breaking down from old age or disrepair and leaks/flooding are a serious problem for first floor tenants. And for the one major project they have undertaken, resurfacing the parking lots, they gave LESS THAN 24 HRS NOTICE and promptly towed half of the resident's vehicles, including residents who PAY EXTRA for assigned covered parking. NO attempts were made to contact residents aside from a stack of flyers lobbed into each building the night before.
They charge through the roof for water, sewer, and trash with an out of state company that's own website basically claims to help property management make more money off of their tenants.
The neighbors are loud and rude and turn over at an alarming rate.
Do your homework and find a better place to live than this dump. I know I will in about 6 months! qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai

The Conor Group has spent more money on Timber Hollow in three yrs than the prior owner did in 15 yrs! Wood replacement and new exterior paint, paving, all interior and exterior signage and landscaping that is simply beautiful. Timber Hollow maintaings occupany above 95% , sorry my man, you are in the vocal minority!

They are affiliated with Wildwood apartments and several other area apartments. Always ask them if they are a part of the conor Group and if they are STAY AWAY from that place. Remington Apartments in Forest park are the Best!

To the person who responded with ALL the money Connor Group has put into the property. First let me say they that the previous management not the Camco group did an excellent job in maintaining the property. Every year the grounds were landscaped beautifully all over , this included mulching not just the Clubhouse area. Ha ha. My woman, you should take some tips on how to actually manage a property and not just, taking the rent, enforcing late fees and blowing off your tenants issues!! Managing a property isn't all about dressing up and wearing spikes. If you actually took some interest in your job and accepted the responsibility of a property manager, you would be surprised if not shocked by what you would find. For example:
Building # 10: Ceiling light fixture is hanging by 2 cords. I am sure that this is a fire code violation. And I am positive that your maintenance crew has seen that and NOT reported for immediate correction. The are just as criminally negligent as you are.
i will be contacting the fire marshall today. It has ben in this condition for some time now and I am concerned for the tenants in that bldg.
In most buildings: Interior and exterior light are out. Several of them are as I have personally inspected every bldg. on the property and noted every light out, inside and and out. You would be shocked. But I suppose that it is the tenants responsibility for their own safety and security considering they are paying for the electricity for the COMMON AREAS as you so call it. Just another way for the Connor Group to make more money. To hell with tenants safety!! Because of this one of many other issues, I suppose the tenants don't wants to replace the bulbs as it is gonna cost them money. Therefore, the safety and security of your tenets is compromised. It is the responsibility of the management to provide a safe and clean environment for their tenants. That's YOUR job, not ours.
