I have read many of these reviews and agree with most. However I have never had a maintenance problem. When I call I always get the same guy. I swear he is the only one who works there. Additionally he is the only one I have seen there the entire time Connor and Murphy has owned it. The big guy with the white truck is who I am refering to. He has always helped even after hours. The office on the other hand I do agree with. The only one I have seen there for a while is the Manager who is rude and nasty. There are always children in there (not sure if they are hers) but very unprofessional.
