Well, Well, Well...I have not been here in a while and I can see things have not improved at this complex.

I recently learned this complex is a TRAINING complex for new hires and that is why the turnover was so bad, except for the head-b*tch who runs the place. I also found out they are charging $25 extra to rent to cover the LIGHTS on the streets. What a load.

I wonder if the person who lived above me is still vacuuming her carpets at 4AM or if that retarded guy who lived below me is still smacking his wife around' Yeah, the management are not the only people this complex who cause problems. 10 Clubhouse drive was a great place let me tell you.

Like before, if you rent here, you deserve what you get.

Since Connor and Murphy took over this property, I have never seen a more mismanaged and badly operated apartment complex in my life.

Do not be fooled about the pretty trees and maintained lawns. This is just the front. They will be nice to you when trying to trap you in one of their leases. But when you sign, you're screwed.

I just got back my refund back from my deposit and out of the near $500 I gave them (including a non-refundable $199 admin fee), I get back $85. What a gip. I have gotten back every deposit in every complex I have ever lived in except this one.

I certainly hope they have pictures of the alledged carpet stain on the floor and a signed authorization from me stealing $66 from my deposit and giving it to Heartland Water and Power (they collect the water bill). They will be needing them in small claims court soon.

This is the first complex I have ever lived in in Cincinnati and I assure you, I would rather live under 275 and paying double for it than ever live in a Connor and Murphy property again.

I am also building a database of Connor and Murphy properites locally and across the US.

I am constructing a web site and blog for tenants to document the crooked practices of this corporation and this property. It should be up in the next 30 days when I have secured web space and a domain name.

Hey, whenever you get this website up and running make sure to post it here because there are plently of people who are upset with The Connor Group's crooked practices!! Just check out their apartment reviews in the Dayton, OH area (Georgetown of Kettering, Steeplechase, Castlebrook, and Cambridge Commons). Every apartment complex they own in every city has the same problems: old dilapidated buildings, RUDE management (I was hung up on), rodent/ termite problems, and the pool being closed for mysterious reasons. These people need to be shut down or only open for the other people just like them!!

I really think we all need to get a law suit together against these people! Not only are they ripping us off with the water and common electric bills, but they have serious board of health issues! My kids and myself were sick more times in the last year than ever in our lifes! Maybe it was the cracked pipe in the basement leaking sewage???

Please keep us all posted! - the same crooked practices happening at all Conner Group Apartments. Did Conner group disclose to renters that they own Heartland Power?? - On my lease they did not.

I am in process of filing complaint with City of Fairfield Building and Zoning dept--they came to my apt and took report-photos--in process of filing complaint-I am thinking about taking further --legally wise-
