What the previous writer fails to realize is that his overall rating was good. So at move out you were charged for issues with your apartment. Do you just think they should let you walk away with any accountability. Now you slander the company and its employees.

This property is awesome there is not another in the Cincy area like it. Great access and yes they hold their residents accountable seems like it makes perfect since. I dont want to live with a bunch of people who wish to do as they please.

Good luck and go cry somwhere else.

Poor Thing? Kiss my a$$. First of all, the questions of ratings is based on abstracts like the amount of parking and noise in the complex. The ratings are not set up to reflect the real problems with this POS. But do not worry Ms. Condescending, the number to the right should be more accurate. And second, you can go to "blank" yourself you condescending piece of trash. I do not need some b*tch like you trying to push some red-state doublespeak. I truly regret living in that craphole and I was robbed of my money by this complex. The property manager and her cronies are ruthless and soulless women. Taking joy in the suffering of others and are guilty of the crimes of robbery and larceny. Every time I was in that office, I was telling potential victims to run, not walk, to the exit and don't look back. If I could go back in time and tell myself not to lease from there, I would have. I would love to see that complex burn to the ground, be a terrorist target, or get hit by an asteriod! But then again, that would only hurt the residents. The owners are insured and they just rebuild and victimize others. Ladies and Gentlemen, if you move into this dump then you deserve anything and everything you get. Please Please Please do not lease on this property. I was a victim of these people and I am trying to warn others. Take heed or do not, your choice.

Yes , i agree ! The people in this office are have no profession what so ever . I am in court with these pencil necks dip wads. This is the sorriest place to live since the new managament has taken over. I have called , talked and written to the office of problems. I have known people move out from lack of the care taking. To pay that price is absurd !! The one that is for wildwood , Must be one of the geeks that live there. I have to talked to insiders there and they didn't even want to put money into the golf course! I think they want to go down the tubes !!
