Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
When I moved in my apartment was dirtier than the one I just moved out of that I cleaned. It was nasty. And paint overspray EVERYWHERE! I have been vacuuming it from my carpet for ages now and it is still coming up. Big paint drip marks all over the place. And I will say that I am not too impressed with the management. Never return calls. Work orders don't get placed after the first call sometimes. Overall I would not recommend Wildwood - it is the high rent district and what I see I got better service when I paid $200 less per month!
