The ice princess is the manager and is made of ice that is for sure, these people won't fix anything, if you want out you have to have doncumented proof of your complaint by a certified person of that field or hire a in home inspecter as I did and then send that copy to them in a certified letter giving them 30 days to fix what ever is not a emergency, and then when they don't put your money in escrow. They wont get there money and can not kick you out! e-mail me if you want to go in with me on a class action suite! Ro
