Wildwood in general is a very beautiful community. I have lived here for about a year and have for the most part enjoyed it. There are absolutly areas that could be improved. I know there are a lot of upset people on here, but I am truely nuetral. I have had a few maint. problems. They weren't fixed immediatly but I was iformed of the delay due to the number of ac's they had to fix. But when they do get out to fix them they usually fix them right the first time. atleast in my experience. Now about the office staff. I am one of those tenants that likes to go in at the first of the month to pay. Sometimes when I go in everyone seems to be on their game, very friendly and helpful. But there have definatly been times were I have gone in and felt unwelcome. Like I was more of a bother than anything else. Come on guys you are all great women, we just want to live here and be treated well all the time! And one other thing, when you are sitting at the bar you can still hear what is going on in the office, so I would recommend not yelling at each other so much. As far as the outside, it is beautiful. I do think that the apperance is looking a little poor compared to last year. Doesn't seem as though the grass is being taken good care of. But hey I don't know much about taking care of a lawn. That's why I rent. So I guess i am just saying it isn't perfect but still a nice place to live.
PS we could use some more lighting. it's dark at night. thanks
