I have lived in city apartments better than these. Never fixed anything i requested. And would not negotiate a lease buy out option. I am not happy here. I am not going to tolerate this place anymore. The staff is incredibley rude and not helpfull with anyhting. Brenda (one of the managers) denies everything she has spoken about with you over the phone. So If you are stuck here make sure you write everything down and send any and all repaires by certified mail so they cannot deny that they got your request. This way you (the resident) has proof that you notified the "wonderful staff" about your crapy apartment. Just to be on the safe side I would always notify everything you do by them via certified mail, do NOT trust these people. I also would like to add that we had a whole family of mice in the apartment as soon as we moved in. They were all over, under our sink and in the dishwasher. When we called maintaince all they did was come and put down mouse traps. They did not even try to find out where they were comming from, nor did they put down poison. and they acted like a mouse trap was all they could provide. It was discusting and there were mice droppings all over. Do not let these people fool you
