I'm a resident at Wildwood, and I've also been a renter for 10 years. I have had only 3 maintenance issues in 2 years, and they were taken care of promptly.

I also have never had an issue with anyone in the office. I think they are a fun bunch of girls.

ANY apartment community is going to have issues. Although, it sounds like most of you feel as though the world owes a favor. Unlike most of you idiots, I READ my LEASE before I signed it. There is no buy-out option. The lease is a contract that will hold up in court. It's stated this way in the lease....... they don't just pick and choose who can leave and who can't. I work in the legal field. When you all fall flat on your faces with your new homes and go back to look at apartments, good luck getting approved if you owe Wildwood money or broke your contract. It's a black mark on your credit that will follow you for a very very long time.

Also, I read that someone was complaining about "Over 800 units and only 2 maintenance men." Again, you are making yourselves look stupid. There's just under 600 units in the community. My leasing agent mentioned that to me.

As I conclude, I would just like to add that almost every review that I read made me giggle. None of you can spell and/or type. I've never seen worse grammar in my life. No wonder none of you understand the lease agreement, you probably can't read the big words.

You gotta love when the staff writes reviews on here to try and save this place. You have rented here for 10 years and have no ambition of owning? Either you are a liar, or you work in the office. I will go with the latter, nice try though.
