I have been living at Villages of Wildwood in a townhouse for only 3 months now and it is absolutely horrible. On our move it date we walked into the townhouse and it looked like the maintenance guys were not even done turning it around... we have had nothing but problems. Our air conditioning broke in the summer and our heat just broke this week. Our refrigerator didn't work when we moved in and we had to get a new one and now our dishwasher doesn't work.

We had the same problem with crickets during the summer. There were tons and tons of them all over the place and now we are having a lot of problems with spiders. I find them everywhere. I have 12 more months on my lease and I'm not sure if I can take it for that long.

Not to mention someone hit my car in their parking lot one night when I was asleep. $2,000 in damage and did I ever find the guy... NOPE!!

I would never ever recommend this place to anyone.
