I've been at Wildwood since before the current management company took over, and I've loved every minute of it.

The amenities far surpass that of any other apartments I have seen in the area, the staff is friendly and quick to respond to any issues that arise, and I wouldn't go anywhere else if somebody paid me.

I read through these posts and have to laugh out loud, as they are clearly all made by childish, disgruntled ex-residents. Maybe if you hadn't trashed your apartment and cleaned it every once in a while your "living conditions" wouldn't have been so bad.

Maybe if you read your lease before you signed it, you would understand the admin fees, and the fine points of the lease.

Maybe if you took the time to actually communicate any issues that DO arise to the management, they would be able to send maintenance out to fix it.

I occaisonally hear other people that live here moaning about some stupid issue they have with their apartment and it not being fixed, and I always ask if they let the office know about it, and 9 times out of 10 the answer is NO! How are they supposed to help you if you can't help yourself.

At any rate, I just want the office staff to know that I love what they have done with the property, and I appreciated my steps being shoveled before I went to work at 6AM when it snowed 7 inches earlier this week.
