every time it freakin rains there is a small lake outside of my front door and the only way to get in or out is to get completely soaked, they were supposed to fix it several months ago and nothing has happened, of course when you call you get put to some voice mail which is very helpful also the ceiling in my living room is for some reason taking on all kinds of water and is basically on the verge of falling through and all they said is that there are lots of places having this problem and they didnt know when they could get to it.

I can completely agree with everything you said. You made a very good point about always getting tranferred to a voicemail which takes them hours to days to respond to you.

Flooded woodstock resident finally had to swim out!!!! Unbelievable - ruinning the city of fairfield.
