I have lived in Wildwood for two years. My lease is going to run out in April this year. I do use common sense and do understand that sometimes there are issues and they come out to my place, but two full years and to have things that aren't fixed is ridiculous.

When I first signed I was shown a townhouse and was told this is the one that you will be renting. It was a beuatiful place nothing wrong with it. When I received a call two days before moving in that I would have to move into a diff lpace I was ok with it as long as it looked like the other. THe place that we were todl was ours had blinds that were broken, our living room floor and dining room floor was stained. When I asked for new carpet they told me they wouldn't do that someone else would rent the place as is! I had to spend a couple hundred dollars on rugs to cover my entire downstairs floor.

We have bugs that come in our front door and windows b/c they are not correctly sealed.

Honestly, every problem I put on our original list is still messed up. The blinds are the worst part. People can see through my windows b/c they are mangled from previous renter. I asked multiple times for them to be fixed and when I asked this last time after we have been here for longer than a year and a half they said they were waiting on the shipment. Almost two years for a shipment of blinds' I would go with a different company for ordering or delivering.
