Ok so they dont call it Wildwood for no reason. I am a neat freak that moved into Wildwood about 2 years ago and I'm ready to move out...so ready. My apartment is cricket and roach fest. I clean at least twice a week and daily the dead and almost alive roaches...I don't even eat in my apartment because of my job I always eat at work and somehow the bugs are ridiculous...Believe it or not, In some areas of these apartments you actually step out of Wildwood and enter Wild"hood" so keep your eyes open...and this past weekend I got home after work to the surprise of having a SNAKE on my front door!!! Long and Skinny... Who needs the Cincinnati Zoo when you have Wilwood my friends...I can't wait until I make my last payment!!!!!!!

I can't help you with the snake, nor can I help you with the "hood", obviously you have never been in the hood or you would understand that Wildwood is not even close. What I can tell you is I had bugs in my apartment shortly after I moved in, clearly understanding I live in the woods called the office and they sent out a professional exterminator. At first the nasty bugs came back and I was angry but then they (the office) immediately brought back the exteriminator and I have not had a bug problem since. If you are having a bug problem I highly recommend calling the office if they don't get it on the first attempt they will send the bug people out again. I asked the exterminator on the second visit about my bugs too and they said mine was not a "Roach" but a wood roach and typically comes up dried up water pipes. He told me just to be sure that I run water through all my pipes daily and that will assist in them entering my home, and as stated earlier I haven't had any issues since. I hope this helps you.
