Overall of this apartment, Villages of Wildwood, is just okay-

Awesome golf course, Wildwood pub, Fitness center and swimming pools. Even have a tennis court. I only went to swimming pool once.

Staff at VoW is awesome and friendly.

But rent included heat, water, sewer and electricity are too high. I possibly believe stove, oven and heat are old which it caused electricity bills high. When I was not in home for three weeks and I got a same bill for water and sewer. I was puzzled and called the company. She said that building is for all people using. I was like huh, I was not supposed to pay for those people in my building. 50 dollars a month for water/sewer, thats too much. For electricity- you would have to watch what you would use- average is 200 dollars a month. I just wish VoW would include water and sewer to their budget.

Maintenance people are friendly- Called few times for A/C fixture, they tried to come in to make A/C properly- gave me 5 or 6 days without A/C but good thing, on that week, weather was very cool in June. I like those poeple in Maintenance department included Brenda!

Parking is awesome, always have available space to park your car.

Before you decide to move in this place, check with your landlords about electricity and water bills. Just give you an advice.

I agree with this response 100%, the only thing I might add is....The pump at the one pool went down and took about 2-3 weeks to fix...My problem with that is; one: we have two pools total and lots of residents for just one pool when one goes down, two: our rent goes up an average of $40 dollars a year, don't you think that with all the units they have they could just purchase a new one with all that increase they generated from us?? Instead we were inconvenienced for those couple of weeks.... UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE.......Pool is back down again and will NOT be reopened. Sign says, If there is any more vandalism to the pool it will NOT be reopened this year. Says work being done on it, but it has been down again for about 2-3 weeks again...What a joke.....
