I have to laugh as I sit here reading all these posts on the Villages of Wildwood! I to lived in a townhouse on Chapel Hill for 1 long year!! This place is a true joke! They refuse to honestly repair anything, and when the do try to fix something it's usually with duck tape!! Most repairs I had to do myself. As far as clearing snow and ice in the winter, Ha, Ha, Ha!! Myself and 2 other renters did it ourselves! The staff is left over want a be's that honestly could never get a job with anyone else. Heck the girl that rented to me told me herself that she used to live there, but moved away. That should of been my first clue! And as far as any positve posts on here, well we all know it's from VOW staff! Do they really think we are that stupid'' Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!

What do you need pics of?? I have water stains in ceilings where water leaked thru and never repaired or anything--Maintenace noticed when they at my apt for another reason and said that is bad and they will come back to repair--NEVER DID---have water stains thru out my apt never fixed--hot water in bathroom still not there---small hole in ceiling--alot of other issues..I just want to leave--carpet just crap-- I do not live like this...Looked decent when I moved in..then crap just materilized..stains in carpet appeared worse than what they were,,I have rented carpet cleaner and carpet still looks bad...smells funny if closed up all day when I work...funny musty smell

Renters have rights. If the apartment community truly does not do repairs, take pictures and escrow your rent with the court. Don't move out or not pay your rent. This action will show as negative on your credit. Contact the Apartment Association, write down your complaints and have the manager sign for the letter.
