Moving here was a HUGE mistake!! The condos are well kept but the apartments get horrible treatment!! In order to get anything done right you have to actually go to the office time and time again. Not worth it and utility bill is extremely high, for a 1 bed 1 bath $120 electric and a $60 water bill!! Now I dont even know how that is possible but its claimed to be from being so old!! BAD CHOICE AND DONT GET STUCK INTO A LEASE HERE!!!

I AGREE--I am current resident and still have few more months on my lease--I was ready to move out right after I moved in!!! My utility bill is like $80month Every month to Heartland Reg Power CO---and Duke electric bill VERY HIGH too----Pay according to square footage..NOT told this when moved in--NOR that Heartland charges $5 admin fee EVERY month,,,,a $15 initial "start up" fee when move in AND...$15fee when move out--What kind of ---- is that?-----heard that Wildwood owns this company too!!
