I had NO IDEA WE OWED THEM ANY MONEY received no telephone calls or billing statements and my telephone number is the same that was put on the rental applications this is a copy of the exact letter I did receive do you want to deal with people that send you this kind of correspondence then go ahead and move in.
LETTER WORD FOR WORD:

if we do not hear from you to make satisfactory arrangements to pay this owed amount, we will initiate the following:

1. We will turn you over to all three major credit bureaus (TransUnion, CBC, and CBt) with written verification that you owe us money. This will become part of your permanent credit file.
2. We will go to court to have our wages garnished.
3. If the debt cannot be paid through garnishment, we will obtain a judgment and attach any bank accounts you own.
4. We will file judgment with any county in which we believe you own any type of real
estate or personal property. This jusgment will become a lien and make it very difficult to sell or transfer any real estate or personal property.
5. Debtor Exam_If we are successful in obtaining full repayment through any of the above, we will petition the court to have you appear, and for our attorneys to do a thorough and complete debtors exam. At that time, any and all assets must be declared and if you do not comply, you may be subject ot possible comtempt of court.
Unfortunaltely you have left us not alternative(REMEMBER MOVED OUT IN AUGUST DID NO RECEIVE A CALL OF BILLING STATEMENT FROM THESE CREEPS HAD NO IDEA WE STILL OWEN ANYTHING JUST RECEIVED THIS HARRASSING LETTER ON AUGUST 15, NICE PEOPLE')but to pursue all the aboe avenues. We will do so to the fullest extent available under the law,. If you wish to stop these actions, please contact us no later that September 13, 2007 to make suitable arrangements to pay this debt.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR WALK RIGHT PAST WILDWOOD VILLAGES YOU WILL BE SORRY IF YOU DON'T.

I live here and now am getting emails on a daily basis with these type of postings. I can't wait to get out of here! I don't think they even care that their rating is this low. I told them about this site last year and they told me that no one actually goes on these sites and says "good" things about any apt communities so it does not mean anything! Well I looked up one this morning that I am interested in and they have a 56% favorable rating and a lot of good comments and are less expensive. So much for her idea of what people really say on these sites. I have NEVER lived anywhere where so many tenants past and present hated the management as much as they do here. It is unbelieveable! You are lucky at least you are gone. Good luck with your legal issue with them.

------------...yeah...I remember this piece of b*tch when I lived there. Shallow threats. They like to use fear and intimidation on their residents who do not pay rent on time or complain about anything. I received this once when I complained about that moron old lady above me who vacuumed her carpets at 4AM. She lives in 10 clubhouse drive on the third floor and drives that white jeep if she is still there. I also got a few against me. One time I got hit with 3 noise complaints when I was OUT of town!!! Of course coming from this POS. But I digress... Basing on how cheap this complex is, I doubt they are going to waste their money on some lawyer. Yeah I am sure they nail your credit report because that costs next to nothing (I have done it to people who owe me money), but as for the whole lawsuit thing, they are too stupid for that. I mean this complex charges $25 a month for the poor lighting on the roads around the complex. Of course turning off the lights around the pub where non residents come in and get drunk or where bums come in and wander around in the dark. Yeah REAL safe complex.

Is this place really as bad as everyone is making it out to be? I have been considering moving here but after reading these comments I am not so sure. I thought it would be a nice community since there is the pool and restaurant to meet some people. I don't get out much being a young single mom and working full time. I thought it would be nice to move where there is some interaction with other people and I have had 3 people recommend these apartments. I have mixed feelings on what I have read. I am wanting to know if the reason the management is writing emails and letters because you were admitingly late on your rent or if it is pure harrassment? Most places do want there money on time. That is understandable and part of the contract of a lease. So, please help me have a better understanding. Toni

I whant out of my lease so I can take a job in Cleveland OH, but no it is ether find some one to take the lease or pay. Well I need to buy a house or rent another appartment when I move to Cleveland so the expect me to pay on two places? Or another option they gave me is stay. Well that would be great but I will have no job.

I moved in 2007 and have paid for two months rent at a time since I arrived. When I put a check in the outside box they said they could not find it until today (Granted they could not have found it until the second because I put it in late Friday night before I flew home) but they kept telling me they checked these boxes several times a day, bull hockey!!! I think they lost the check ( a check which I accidentally wrote for two months plus $300.00 by mistake since I was in such a hurry to catch my plane Friday) and when they found it two of thier girls insinuated I must have just dropped it off today (Wednesday), why not just call me a liar. I have never been so mad at someone, they knew they were caught and just acted like they were not, I had to leave. Two facts are true; they had the check and they did not want to admit to a mistake. In the meantime I recieve a letter looking like I am being evicted, can you believe this? I went to the office and told them just to put it on my debit card but they said to give them some time to make sure they had not made a mistake. The apartment is just a conveniance for me as I work here but live in Atlanta, I am still looking for my lease so I know what it will going to cost me if I break it!
