IF you want a nice place to live..STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE! I have had nothing but issues since moving here. It is all song and dance when they try to get you to lease here...all lies---I have stayed in a few different places, and realize that apts have thier ups and downs, etc...BUT,..this place is just off the wall. Almost unbelieveable unless you have lived here or any CONNOR grp owned apts. SLUM LORDS undercover!! Maintenace is a joke--they do not know how to repair things OR they just do not come out at all,,,lies and more lies with what they "say" they will do and what they actually do. Alot of water issues,leaking pipes, roofs,-HORRIBLE carpet. Utility bills are outrageous,,,,and Heartland utility co Wildwood uses, well, they I think are owned by Connor Grp. Not positive of that,-heard that from another person who did some research. I am a great tenant, I pay rent on time ALL THE TIME, and never any problems,,Unless I ask for repiar,-then my req go unanswered--they do not have paper trails for maintenace requests, so that way you cannot come back and show proof of requests, etc----shady place. Cannot wait to leave.

LOL! Hey I can relate! And when you do get ready to move make sure you give 30 days or more notice or they will charge you for every day under 30! Also don't plan on your deposit back! And take as many pictures as you can to send to the owners! I won my battle with them because I wrote down every detail and photographed the townhouse! Still only got $56 back! My friend just left a month ago and because she didn't document the carpet problems and everything else they are sending her a $1800 bill! So write down every time you call, every problem write down and turn it in to the office, plus make copies for yourself! Good luck! And if you ever need the owners email, let me know and I will send it to you!

this place is just terrible...the utility bill is soooo high..I pay like $85 month on top of rent--then i still have my Duke Energy bill to pay which is sooo high too--I have water stains in ceilings, crap patch work where there was a leaking roof problem prior to me there....carpet just has stains that appear out of no where..wierd! I prof clean my carpets because I cannot stand the smell and how dirty my socks get from carpets..AND I DO NOT WEAR SHOES INTO MY PLACE--GROSS new neighbors are shady..alot of traffic..CANNOT wait to leave here..if I could..will break my lease a month early just because I hate it here sooooooo bad--

I agree. THIS PLACE SUCKS. I wish I would have documented my carpet problems but I only have to pay 100.
