The apartments are run down they do not give back deposites, They make if very hard to move out the come into your apartment alot. The ground are not very well kept and they charge you for water and the builds electric. Which adds onto rent about $50- $60 a month.

This place is a hell hole! They do not care about you or the property! They do not repair things-or when tehy finally get around to your requests..if at all-(must call them and bug them to do anything) half the time repairs not done right-they do not know how to do things properly--they come into your place alot for no reasons!!! The utility bills are sky high and The owners-Connor grp OWN Heartland utilities! Check out all connor grp apts on this website-ALL ratings bad !! same crap-different apts!! They will not give u your security deposit back-BUT they will bill you for stuff when you move out that is lies!!! Unsafe and unhealthy living conditions-Call City of Fairfield-They have ALOT of complaints-Trust me-I am in process of filing complaint with City-I have tons of pics to prove damages and issues with this place proving unsafe condtions -I have video as well......Told owners-they did not care..Unbelieveable!!

Stay clear of this crap place---they real you in, then you get stuck with lies from office, no repairs, or done when they "feel" like doing them-and usually not done right-carpets bad,needs updating on furnaces, boiler rooms, etc--utility bills outrageous----------------

What a bunch of crooks!!! First they reel you in with the " Move in Specials" then when it comes time to renew, they up your rent $ 200.00 bucks a month, and be careful if you ever try to move out, I was told that since I didn't give them 60 days notice, I am going to owe them an extra months rent. They also use Heartland Regional power which is a rip off. My water bill is $86.00 a month!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!
