You should def live here if you like that good ole musty smell covered up by smoke that they try covering up with cheap ole bathroom scents. Also if you like bugs and spiders and things crawling on your floor. What about your apartment flooding and all they do is come out and bring fans for days that run up your bill. What about dirty old carpet that is older dirt. but its not just older then dirt it looks like dirt is all over it. oh i love how they re- tiled the laundry room with fake tile and then after two weeks of it being GLUED (cheap ass) down it starts to come up and they do nothing about it and ever since the tile(S) (not just one but bout ten or twenty tiles) all you see is the dirt and the stains on the orginal tile floor, that makes you really want to do your laundry in there. I love how they take care of making sure the parking lots are newly paved and not taking care of the insides of the units. Put my money to good use! put it towards the people that live there not what people see on the outside. I was sick the whole time i lived there due to bacteria and mold problems! DO NOT LIVE HERE! ITS A HELL HOLE!!!!

I have lived in the Wildwood for several months now. It seems to me a very nice place to live. Yes, there are spiders and various critters around. I expected that when I chose to live in the woods. The buildings aren't fresh and new, but they are well maintained. I have never had to wait more than 24 hours for repairs. But then I don't demand constant attention from the maintenance crew. Dirty carpets? Did you ever think about cleaning them? My carpet was clean when I moved in, anything on them now is my doing. Somethimes people spend more time complaining about what isn't perfect instead of enjoying what is. The Villages of Wildwood is a beautiful place to live.
