The office staff that work in the office are RETARDS (minus one, Kari)!!! I heard from several people that a pizza delivery man was shot on Chapel Hill Drive, which is on Villages of Wildwood property. I called the office and asked them, the girl said she new nothing of the sort. I got a text with a link from the Fairfield Echo (http://www.fairfield-echo.com/search/content/oh/story/news stating that the crime did actually happen. I called back and the office girl was like I don't know what you are talking about. I told her it happend on Chapel Hill Drive and she said that was at The Oaks down the street. DUMB ASS.. CHAPEL HILL DRIVE IS IN THE VILLAGES OF WILDWOOD AND YOU ARE A RETARD!
This is not the first time that I have heard from friends that crime has occurred here, granted crime does happen everywhere, but I have lived in a lot of apartment complexes and no apartment complex has had this much crime. The worst part of it is that the office staff claims they know NOTHING about it. RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!

I agree. When I first moved in two years ago I thought it was a nice place, but things went downhill. A few months ago one of the guys above me got so stoned that he jumped out of his bedroom window! And the neighbors across from me were drunk 24/7. I'm glad I finally got out of VOWW. Someone should start a support group for VOWW tenants.

Wow! I have been reading some of these responses and it has definitely opened my eyes. I lived on Chapel Hill back in 97-99 and it def wasn't like that back then. I did have my truck stolen out of there but I don't think it was related to Wildwood. I don't even remember having to pay for water back then. They must really be getting cheap! I do remember the carpet going to hell quick and it doesn't clean for crap. Back in my days there my main problem was with a snobby lady who complained every time I walked on their creaky floors since I was on the top. I was considering moving back there again but I think I will look elswhere with what I have been reading. Thanks for the heads up.

I like the idea of a support group! But better yet we should all unite and see if we can make sure NO one every rents in that dump. Nothing would make me happier than seeing the Conner Group go under. Nothing. They hire the most inept, nasty, hateful, spiteful employees I have ever seen. I was never so happy as the day I drove out of there for good and said @#$% you Wildwood and especially the manager. There is absolutely nothing there worth paying almost a $1000/month. And they so lie when you sign your lease and they tell you the waterbill is about $15 a month. Try about $60. and they raise your rent every year though they don't do a damn thing to deserve more money. I llived on the 3rd floor in the newer apartments and the outside was so full of dead bugs and dirt and they promised for 2 years to clean it up - still looked like ---- when I moved out. I have never met a bigger bunch of ------- than the ones that work in that office or at the pub which by the way is about the noisiest most obnoxious place to live by. Unless of course you like listening to the base boom through your walls until 2:00 AM and like hearing all the ddrunks walking home. or running their cars into trees. And you know Connor must be hurting if they have to use those dumbass costumes on people down at Route 4 and Mack Roads to lurer people into that place. Funny - when the previous company owned that place, word of mouth got tenants. Shows what a difference a management company makes. Wildwood USED to be the premium place to rent in Fairfield. If you lived there people were jealous. Now if you live there, people feel sorry for you. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT MOVE THERE - YOU HAVE ALL BEEN WARNED!!!!

I agree!! Living there was wose than awful. They are all liars and good luck with the maintenance department!! I had an exploding overflowing toilet for over two months. Maintence didn't return my calls and actually said they were coming out and oopsie, they never did. And yes my water bill was outrageous, the crime is high, and the neighbors are ridiculous. Overpriced and underserviced. The worst place that I ever lived!!
