No contact from them about security deposit... just sent it off to a collection agency! Wouldn't they rather get their money straight from me' Just one incident of poor management!

they got a one month payment from me but lost on everything else in the butler cty courts and i do not have an eviction on my record, all in all i WIN, i am out of their apts and my hard earned money is going to descent landlords who care at least about their property upkeep, and i have saved several pepole from making the mistake i made moving in there, just keep passing the word that they SUCK and believe me people are taking notice by the way if i had countered them They would have had to pay me...I was working a lot and did not go to the courts to handle paperwork...if any one reads this currently live there get documents get an inspection of mold in apts, broken sub-floors and possums or what ever in walls and attics and poor appliances or heat/air units and take money to escrow you can get out i think that butler cty is tired of them currently trying to reach the guy who wants to take them on via of a blog page and helping others get out like i said i was not prepared because i work a lot but you all can help your self to a better rental experience by doing what i suggested i basically did all that except for file counter suit and take rent to escrow which is why they got the one month
