I signed a lease that ended in April '09 and I was out before May. They said since I didnt give them 60 day written notice that I owe them 2 more months of rent, even though my lease ended April 09. They immediately sent me to collections. If any people have been wronged, please contact me via e-mail at jeezykid@yahoo.com. I want to see if I can get a class action lawsuit against these thieves. They couldn't fix my dishwasher and wouldnt replace it. The area is run amuck with stray cats and possums that gets into garbage. I signed on when they had fitness center (which was a big selling point) then it burned down and was never replaced. All in all very lackluster from employees to cost of living. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai

anonymous, that translates to ladies(can i use that term for them?) in the office.....Don't worry though, had you stayed your rent would have increased by $80 bucks a month and there still wouldn't have been any upgrades to your place....oh, and to the person who is anonymous, its THERE not THEIR...sad what they will hire to work in that office... ps. That place is a dump too, has gone down so much in the past 4-5 years.......

you should read your lease next time. It's on their in black and white and they EMPHASIZE the 60 day notice when you move in.
